Custom Reusable Packaging Tray — Engineered from Recycled HDPE
Blue Ridge Thermoforming designed a custom thermoformed tray that perfectly cradled each part, with exact contours to eliminate vibration and abrasion during shipping. The tray was formed from 100% post-industrial recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) — durable for 20+ reuse cycles, chemical and moisture resistant, fully recyclable at end-of-life, and with a significantly lower carbon footprint than virgin materials.
Integration with a Custom HDPE Pallet System
Blue Ridge Thermoforming developed a custom pallet sized and configured for the new trays, with tray-locking features, corner guides, optimized truck footprint, four-way forklift access, and recycled HDPE construction matching the sustainability profile of the trays.
