Hyperscale and AI campus sites often put primary service, feeder banks, generator ties, and UPS service on the same civil package, with long concrete-encased runs and repeating spacer intervals. We cut the boards from those drawings in Greenville, SC. The boards stay in the bank and are encased in concrete with the conduits.
One sheet can carry more than one conduit size. Columns and rows follow the duct section on the drawing. When power feeders and fiber share a bank, call out the center-to-center spacing the engineer wants between power and communications conduits. We cut that spacing into the sheet. We do not assign an EMI clearance for you.

Non-conductive
HDPE sheet does not carry current, which is why it is used between conduits in a concrete bank.

No. Data center duct bank spacers are CNC-routed HDPE sheet with holes. They are not thermoformed.
