Cut from your drawing or conduit schedule.
Prefabricate the array outside the trench
Assemble before the pour
Crews can build the conduit array on the surface and lower it into the excavation. The boards hold rows and columns through the concrete pour.
Set spacing before the trench
Hole centers are already in the sheet, so the crew is not building the grid piece by piece in the excavation. We do not publish a labor-savings percentage.
Custom conduit spacers
Each board is a custom array: conduit sizes, row and column count, and center-to-center spacing from your schedule.
Ship to the jobsite
Boards leave Greenville, SC for the jobsite, including staged deliveries when you want them.
HDPE sheet
HDPE
We CNC-route HDPE sheet. Ask which virgin or reprocessed grade fits the thickness on your print.
Non-conductive
HDPE sheet does not carry current, which is why it is used between conduits in a concrete bank.
Chemical resistance
HDPE resists many chemicals encountered in underground electrical work.

Custom CNC sheet, not a molded chair
These are custom CNC sheet arrays from your drawings and conduit schedules. They are not interlocking molded catalog chairs. A Snap-Loc-style chair is a fixed molded grid. A BRT board is a flat HDPE sheet with the hole pattern your bank actually uses.
Custom conduit spacers
Hole diameter follows the conduit OD on the schedule, including mixed sizes on one board.
Electrical duct spacers
Power and telecom banks both use the same CNC-cut sheet approach: rows, columns, and center-to-center spacing from the electrical drawing.
Underground conduit spacers
The boards stay in the bank and are encased in concrete with the conduits. Spacing along the run is typically every 4–7 ft.
Concrete-encased duct bank spacers
Flow holes, rebar holes, and a ground-wire hole are cut only where the drawing calls for them.
CNC duct bank spacers
Routing is in-house in Greenville, South Carolina. We ship across the Southeast, including the South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia data-center corridor.

Questions
What is a duct bank spacer?
A duct bank spacer is a CNC-cut HDPE sheet with holes that holds and spaces conduits in an underground concrete-encased duct bank. Hole size, rows, columns, and center-to-center spacing follow your drawing or conduit schedule.
What thicknesses do you cut?
Typical boards are 3/8 in and 1/2 in HDPE sheet. Ask us if the drawing calls for another thickness.
Are these molded catalog chairs?
No. We cut custom sheet arrays from your drawings and conduit schedules. Interlocking molded catalog chairs, including Snap-Loc-style bases, are a different product with a fixed grid.
Ready to quote custom HDPE duct bank spacers?
Send the drawing or conduit schedule. We CNC-route the sheet in Greenville, SC and can ship the boards to the jobsite.
