These boards are flat HDPE sheet, CNC-routed from your drawings and conduit schedules. Hole size, rows, columns, and center-to-center spacing follow the schedule. Typical thickness is 3/8 in or 1/2 in. Send the duct-bank detail, or list conduit sizes, spacing, flow, rebar, and ground holes, and how many boards you need.
The boards stay in the bank and are encased in concrete with the conduits. Crews often place a spacer every 4–7 ft, prefabricate the array on the surface, and lower it into the trench before the pour.

Why custom CNC spacers
Less assembly time
Hole centers are already in the sheet, so crews lock conduits into a finished grid instead of building spacing piece by piece in the excavation. We do not publish a labor-savings percentage.
Fit to the engineered layout
Thickness, rows, columns, hole sizes, and center-to-center spacing are cut from the drawing, including mixed conduit sizes and flow, rebar, or ground holes when the print calls for them.
Less time in the trench
Crews can prefabricate the conduit array on the surface and lower it into the excavation. More of the layout work happens before the pour, outside the trench.
Repeating accuracy
The same programmed array repeats along the bank, typically every 4–7 ft, so conduit sizes and spacing stay consistent from board to board. Boards ship from Greenville, SC to the jobsite.

Can one board mix conduit sizes?
Yes. Hole diameter follows the conduit OD on the schedule, including mixed sizes on one board.
How far apart along the run?
Spacing along the run is typically every 4–7 ft. Confirm the interval on your drawing.
Virgin or reprocessed HDPE?
We CNC-route HDPE sheet. Ask which virgin or reprocessed grade fits the thickness on your print.
What thicknesses do you cut?
Typical boards are 3/8 in and 1/2 in HDPE sheet. Ask us if the drawing calls for another thickness.
Are these molded catalog chairs?
We CNC-cut custom HDPE sheet arrays from your drawings and conduit schedules. Hole size, rows, columns, and center-to-center spacing follow the print. Interlocking molded catalog chairs, including Snap-Loc-style bases, are a different product with a fixed grid.
Are these thermoformed?
No. Duct bank and conduit spacers are CNC-routed HDPE sheet with holes. They are not thermoformed.
Where are the boards routed?
Routing is in-house in Greenville, South Carolina. We ship from Greenville to jobsites across the Southeast, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia. The same CNC HDPE spacers serve data center banks and other underground electrical banks (power, telecom, mixed).
