The insert is a foam alternative: a thermoformed tray or dunnage piece that can be reused and stacked. It is not a corrugated shipper. We form the plastic that holds the device.

A laptop shipping insert supports the base and keeps lids from touching in a multi-pack. Counts follow your carton or tote.

Small desktop and tiny-PC outlines get their own pocket, including ports and mounting tabs that a foam block would crush.

Interlocking stacks and lids keep a multi-pack aligned. Pair the insert with component trays if you also harvest drives and memory.

Inserts for devices you already move
Refurbishers and device programs ship the same notebook many times. A formed insert wears more predictably than cut foam and holds orientation for a count.

Call out rubber feet, a thick lid, and any sleeve that stays on during shipment. Those details change cavity depth more than the screen size does. A mini PC with a mounting tab needs that tab called out the same way.
