Device trays beside component trays
Some operations handle whole devices and harvested boards. Phone and tablet trays cover the device. Component trays on the electronics hub cover the board-level parts.
Send a sample device or a drawing and the count per tray. We will quote a thermoformed tray. We do not refurbish or resell devices.
If the device ships in a case, send it in that case. A bare handset and a cased handset are different cavities, and the camera bump still needs relief either way. Buttons and port edges get the same treatment so a device is not pressed against the next pocket in a stack. Tablet trays follow the same sample rule, with a larger cavity for the glass and for any folio that stays on the device.
