Request a QuoteDDR5 modules carry on-module power management and extra components, so they need pockets that allow for them. A DDR5 DIMM tray is tooled to that height and to the edge connector, not to a generic RAM outline.
The same project can cover DDR4. The modules are close in length, and they differ in notch and component height. We design to one generation or to both, including a layout that keeps each type oriented.

PMIC and heat-spreader clearance
Depth and spacing clear DDR5 power-management parts and other on-module components, including taller RDIMM and LRDIMM profiles and modules with heat spreaders.
Edge-connector protection
Slot geometry supports the board and keeps the gold fingers off the tray wall so a graded module does not lose its edge in transit.
UDIMM, RDIMM, and LRDIMM
Layouts can be dedicated to one module class or combined when you want one tray family for the lot. A server RAM tray follows the modules you send.
Counts for bulk handling
Choose the module count that matches your test racks, lot sizes, or shipping cartons. A 50-count DIMM tray is a common bulk layout, and we tool whatever count you specify. Base-and-lid sets keep modules seated in transit.
Static-control materials
- Static-dissipative and conductive materials protect memory from ESD damage that can lower its grade and resale value.
- Clear or black static-dissipative options are available when a lot needs visual inspection, alongside conductive materials for the most sensitive parts.
- ESD-grade PET and rPET and anti-static HIPS.
- Thin-gauge trays are reusable and durable for repeated handling, stacking, and shipment.

DDR5 trays in a decommissioning line
Server decommissioning and refurbishment move a lot of memory in a short window. A tray that matches the module keeps the count honest and the connector safe. That is the job of a custom DDR5 memory tray.
